All of our tradespeople are Fully Indentured Carpenters and Joiners with completion of a British Apprenticeship and associated accreditations.
We afford our proposed clients with our unique, quotation: "ASSISTANCE DOCUMENT" which mirrors our contract, so that our clients can forward this onto competing contractors and enable an 'apples for apples' (like for like) quotation. Assisting our proposed clients with their consideration and decision when making relative comparibles. No other company (we are aware of) shares their company contract/ sales figures/ confidential documentation to their clients and competitors.
We concentrate on one project at a time.
We do not assign our skilled tradesmen to start another project until yours has been completed.
We carry £5 million in Public Liability Insurance.
We provide a 10-year guarantee on all of our work.
We have numerous recent references available for your consideration and direct discussion with past clients.
We currently have a client signed up for a loft conversion contract within one month of today.
We are local, friendly, amendable, experienced, and highly skilled.
